2021 CONFERENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS: conference Registration and payments will be opened until 19th November, 2019 for physical participation in the conference. Allocation and reservation of Accommodation at the conference venue will made on first to register with payments confirmed basis and not first to arrive at the conference venue. Registration is opened for Virtual Participants until the 23rd of November 2021 and virtual attendees are required to participate for not less than 75% of the allotted hours of Conference Proceedings.
All conference packages are per head extra charges may apply for any additional person. Children less than 8 year attracts no breakfast charge whiles children above 8 years but less than 13 years attract 50% breakfast charge.
Kindly note that a valid identification card would be required on checking in.
PAYMENT OPTIONS & POLICY: Three Payments are available for Physical Participants; You can Pay in to the Association Accounts using your Order ID as reference or Pay Electronically suing credits/debits and Mobile Money Wallets. Few cases of Cash payments at the conference venue upon arrival will be entertained and accommodation at the Conference venue cannot be assured. Payments must be received electronically to confirm virtual Participants.
RECEIPTS: Receipts are automatically sent by our registration system when a participant registers and pays online. Please be aware spam filters can block email receipts. For assistance please contact our Registration Chair at email@example.com.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Refunds are at the discretion of the conference committee and may be given if received on or before November 21, 2021 by emailing the Registration Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received on or before the cancellation deadline will receive a refund of all fees paid minus a GHC150.00 administration fee. Non-attendance at the conference will not be grounds for any or partial refund/credit unless the person has cancelled their registration on or before the cancellation deadline on or before November 21, 2021. No refund or credit under any circumstances will be available for cancellations outside of the established timeline set in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
ALTERNATE ATTENDEE POLICY: Registrants who are unable to attend may request to have an alternate person registered at no additional cost by notifying the Registration Chair by email at email@example.com on or before November 19, 2021. Notification must include the alternate’s full name and contact information, including their email address. No refund or credit under any circumstances will be available if notification of an alternate is not submitted within the established timeline set in the Alternate Attendance Policy.
PICTURES: Registrants understand that pictures will be taken during the conference. Said pictures may be used in promotional materials and social media accounts as they relate to promoting the conference and other activities of the Ghana Association of Public Health Technical Officers.
GENERAL: Our liability is limited to refunds for conference fees only. GAPHTO is not responsible for any statements, acts, materials, or omissions by our presenters or participants. Children and unregistered guests are not permitted in the meeting rooms.
